GENERAL CONDITIONS:
REQUIREMENTS TO CUSTOMERS:
Car rentals require that the renter is 20 years old, holds a valid personal identity card and driving license with at least a year's experience as a driver. Only the person who has been approved and has signed a contract can drive the rental car.
RENTAL RATES:
The rates are in EUR with 20% VAT included or in foreign currency at the buying rate of the banks.
The rate is for a period of 24 hours from the moment of renting the car.
A delay in return is charged as follows: if it is between 1 to 4 hours - 50% of the rate is charged on top, and if the delay exceeds 4 hours – 100% of the rental rate per day is charged on top.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Rental rate includes:
car maintenance
insurance “Third party liability”
Full insurance of the car with the exception of:
damages to tires that are not caused by fire or a car crash;
if the car was driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
if in case of a car crash a police report of the incident is not available;
DEPOSIT:
The deposit fee depends on the car type and is returned upon the safe return of the car.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer to the company's account upon car rental.
The deposit as well as the full rental rate is payed upon signing of the contract.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF THE CAR:
The cars are rented at the company's office. If the customer wishes to rent the car or return it to a specified location inside the town of Targovishte he must pay a fee of 10 leva. A return of the car in any given location on the territory of Bulgaria is paid at the rate of 50 leva per kilometer. When the car rental or the return of the car is not within working hours a one-time fee of 10 leva is due (Working hours are between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m);
FUEL:
Rental rates do not include fuel. If the car is returned and its fuel tank is not full to the top the missing fuel must be paid by the renter.
ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:
Upon customer request an infant and child safety seat can be provided as well as a road map and snow chains for tires. These extras come free of charge.
